Increase the efficiency and quality of institutional processes, whether in private or public organizations. We have developed an exclusive line of specialized services to help your company improve its performance.

Teletex’s story begins in 1986, when Ruy Buss founded the company with an ambitious purpose: to revolutionize communications with the "electronic telex" (the origin of the name Teletex). In 1988, operations expanded with the start of Monydata computer sales.

However, 1989 marked a major turning point. The company shifted its focus entirely to the computer market, leaving telex and telecommunications behind. This visionary decision positioned Teletex at the forefront of emerging technologies.

The early 90s were a period of growth and expansion. The arrival of COMPAQ in Brazil in 1991 opened new doors for the company, leading to the opening of the first branch in Joinville in 1992, followed by Porto Alegre in 1998.

Between 1993 and 2003, Teletex became COMPAQ’s largest channel partner in Brazil. Following the merger with HP, the team’s dedication consolidated the company as an exclusive partner until 2011.

    Teletex celebrates 40 years

The quest for innovation didn’t stop there. In 2007, the first networking project with Cisco was launched—a partnership that strengthened significantly in 2011 when the company decided to focus exclusively on their solutions. This commitment was recognized in 2015 when Teletex became a Cisco Gold Partner, and later in 2024 as a Cisco Partner Premier Provider, reaffirming its leadership and excellence in the sector.

In recent years, Teletex has expanded both its portfolio and expertise. In 2020, the company became a reference in cybersecurity with the SafeX methodology, simplifying digital protection for clients. Two years later, in addition to expanding cybersecurity projects, observability solutions were implemented in the public sector and major banks, solidifying a prominent national position. In 2024, one of the most daring projects was launched: Cybercare, a complete cybersecurity platform integrating solutions from all major partners, including Cisco, Splunk, IBM, Gigamon, Palo Alto, Radware, Axur, and Forcepoint, among others.

The achievements continue. Teletex was also certified with ISO 20000-1 in 2021, CERTGOV in 2022, and ISO 27001 in 2023, attesting to its unwavering commitment to quality and security.

Teletex’s history is built on a solid foundation of innovation, commitment, and future vision. The company is prepared to continue writing this success story, always standing side-by-side with clients, partners, and professionals, moving toward new challenges and achievements.
